What platforms are the videos optimized for?
VUBO creates videos optimized for short-form platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat Spoltight, Facebook Reels and Instagram Reels. Implementation of other formats is planned for the near future.
Can I customize my videos?
Absolutely! You can select different templates, adjust text, choose music or voices, and modify certain visual elements depending on the template. We're constantly adding more customization options.
How long does it take to generate a video?
Most videos are generated in seconds, but the time may vary depending on video length and complexity. The average video generates in under 30 seconds.
Can I monetize the videos I create?
Many of our users create videos to grow their audience and monetize through YouTube Shorts, TikTok, affiliate marketing, or their own brand promotions. However, we recommend reviewing platform policies to ensure compliance.
Is my content copyright-free?
Depending on the template, yes. VUBO generates original content using AI and licensed assets. However, if you upload your own media, you are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to use them. Also, gameplay footage may be subject to copyright depending on a case by case basis.
How do credits work?
For most templates, one credit equals one second of video generation. However, for premium and business templates this may differ. You will always see the estimated credit cost for each template prior to generating the video. You can purchase additional credits at any time. Your subscription credits do not roll over to the next month. Subscription credits are used first before your bonus credits are affected.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you'll still have access to your subscription until the end of your current billing period.
What's your refund policy?
To prevent abuse, we offer a conditional 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days, and have generated less than 10 videos, we'll give you a full refund. Only subscription plans are refundable. Bonus credits are not available for refunds. Terms and conditions apply.
Do I need prior video editing experience?
Not at all! VUBO was designed so anyone, regardless of technical skills or access to expensive editing software, can create engaging, viral videos effortlessly.
Is there a free trial before I commit?
Due to high compute costs, we currently do not offer a free trial. As our infrastructure improves, we will definitely consider it in the future.
What if I'm not happy with the generation?
We are still working to improve VUBO and optimize our templates. While it is rare, there are instances of bad generations or errors. If that happens, please contact support and we will resolve the matter.
